1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Data-Uni ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of https://data-uni.com and any related content (the "Site"). 2. About Our Services
The Site describes Data-Uni's data engineering consulting services, including data ingestion, data collection, and data architecture consulting. Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes and does not itself constitute an offer or a binding service agreement. Any engagement for services is governed by a separate written agreement (statement of work, contract, or proposal) signed between Data-Uni and the client, whose terms take precedence over this document for that engagement.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all of its content — source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and blog articles (collectively, the "Content") — are the property of Data-Uni or its licensors and are protected by French and international copyright and trademark laws. The Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial information only. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or otherwise exploit the Content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Site, you agree that you will not: (a) access it through automated means such as bots or scrapers, except for standard search engine indexing; (b) attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure; (c) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; or (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
5. Third-Party Links
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites or resources. Data-Uni is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
6. Disclaimer
The Site and its Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Data-Uni does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Data-Uni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under French law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
